WHATโ€™S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CRITTER SCOOP CO. AND LIA'S CRITTER SCOOP?
Critter Scoop Co. is the official legal business name registered for tax and licensing purposes. Liaโ€™s Critter Scoop is the customer-facing brand name used for the shop, packaging, and social media. Same business โ€” just the legal name vs. the fun operating name.

WHAT IS A SCOOP?
A scoop is a fun mystery pull where you scoop critters to reveal surprise prizes. Each scoop includes a mix of curated items and a few handmade touches.

WHAT ITEMS CAN COME IN A SCOOP?
Each scoop is a random mix of items from my curated inventory. You may receive stationery, accessories, beauty items, plushies, or seasonal surprises. Items cannot be chosen or swapped to keep the experience fair and exciting.

WHAT IS THE GUARANTEED PRIZE ADDโ€‘ON?
The Guaranteed Prize Addโ€‘On gives you one draw from our sealed Mystery Ball Bag.

HOW DO I ORDER A SCOOP?
Choose your scoop size, add it to your cart, and check out. Scoops are processed on weekends and shipped once completed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Processing takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. All completed orders ship on Monday or the next business day. Subject to change during highโ€‘volume order periods.

WHAT IS THE ORDER CUTโ€‘OFF TIME?
Orders placed before Friday at 5 PM (PST) are included in the upcoming weekend batch. Orders placed after 5 PM roll into the next weekend.

ARE ITEMS HANDMADE?
Some items are handmade by me, and others are curated from trusted suppliers to match my cute, colorful aesthetic.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED? (ALLERGY INFO)
Some items may contain metal, resin, or plastic. Please ensure you do not have allergies to these materials.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY ADDRESS AND EMAIL?
Your address is for shipping, and your email is for order updates only.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MARKED โ€œDELIVEREDโ€ BUT MISSING?
If tracking shows โ€œDelivered,โ€ a refund or free replacement cannot be issued. Please check community mailboxes, neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG?
Please doubleโ€‘check your address at checkout. Critter Scoop Co. is NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to me, the customer must pay new shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, clear photo proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos must include:

โ€ข The packaging it arrived in ย 
โ€ข The shipping label ย 
โ€ข The mailer or box ย 

Additional photos or a short video may be requested if the initial images are unclear or appear altered. Claims that cannot be verified or appear digitally modified will not be approved. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?
No. All orders follow the standard weekend processing schedule.

WHY DONโ€™T YOU OFFER A PHONE LINE?
