Critter Scoop Co. is the legal business name behind this shop. Liaโ€™s Critter Scoop is the operating brand name used on the website, packaging, and social media.

ORDER PROCESSING
Processing takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. All completed orders ship on Monday or the next business day. Orders placed after Friday at 5 PM (PST) roll into the next weekendโ€™s batch. Subject to change during periods of high order volume.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, cancellations are NOT accepted as processing begins and supplies may already be prepared for your order.

ORDER CHANGE POLICY
Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to:

CUSTOM REQUEST POLICY
Custom requests written in the order notes are not guaranteed. Only approved custom orders (when available) will be fulfilled.

RUSH ORDER POLICY
Rush orders are not available. All orders follow the standard weekend processing schedule.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship via Canada Post. Shipping times vary based on location and postal service delays. Once shipped, Critter Scoop Co. is NOT responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows โ€œDelivered,โ€ a refund or free replacement cannot be issued. Please check:
โ€ข Community mailboxes ย 
โ€ข Neighbors or household members ย 
โ€ข Your local post office ย 

Once delivered, it is the customerโ€™s responsibility to locate the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Critter Scoop Co. is NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer must pay new shipping costs.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, clear photo proof is required within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos must include:
โ€ข The damaged item ย 
โ€ข The packaging it arrived in ย 
โ€ข The shipping label ย 
โ€ข The mailer or box ย 

Additional photos or a short video may be requested if the initial images are unclear or appear altered. Claims that cannot be verified or appear digitally modified will not be approved. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit depending on availability.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns are not accepted. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged with required photo proof. All other sales are final.

Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful messages will not be tolerated. Critter Scoop Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
If a customer posts false claims, harassment, or defamatory content on social media, Critter Scoop Co. reserves the right to refuse future service and provide proof to the platform if needed.
